Stephane Nicoll 42629cb8ae Add support for ConnectionNameStrategy ...

This commit detects if a `ConnectionNameStrategy` bean exists in the
context and associates it with the auto-configured RabbitMQ's
`ConnectionFactory` when that is the case.
