Stephane Nicoll e79ef9b73b Add option to exclude devtools from fat jar ...

Add an `excludeDevtools` property to both the Maven and Gradle plugin
that removes `org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-devtools` (if
necessary) when repackaging the application.
